In Part 1 real vector state functions were proposed for quantum mechanics analysis of probability density, dispersion, probability current density, conservation of mass, and orthonormality. Part 2 extends this to the uncertainty principle in coherence with Pauli's complex function representation. The results are identical to the Heisenberg condition. The conclusion derived in the real vector system furthers the promise that quantum mechanics may be described with real vector state functions instead of complex functions and the imaginary number.
