Possible Planck-scale physical production mechanisms and consequences of negative energies—Initial formulation

Negative energies within the scope of quantum field theories are often attributed to processes that include loops and vacuum bubbles. The negative energy solutions are a byproduct of virtual particles that have no impact in normal spacetime. However, this paper postulates that virtual particles can produce physical effects at the Planck-scale.


Les énergies négatives dans le cadre des théories quantiques des champs sont souvent attribuées à des processus qui incluent des boucles et des bulles de vide. Les solutions d'énergie négative sont un sous-produit de particules virtuelles qui n'ont aucun impact dans l'espace-temps normal. Cependant, cet article postule que les particules virtuelles peuvent produire des effets physiques à l'échelle de Planck.
