On the fundamental properties of matter and action: A new quasiclassical concept of quantum mechanics

We introduce the notion of matter as a “primordial” fluid which has a density, mass, charge, and the quantum of action, distributed over the volume of an elementary particle. The nonrelativistic rules of matter behavior at the subatomic level are postulated. On the basis of the continuity and Hamilton–Jacobi equations, the corresponding equation for the density flow of matter is derived and converted into a stationary Schrödinger equation.
Nous introduisons la notion de la matière comme un liquide "primaire" ayant une masse, une densité, une charge et le quantum d'action, répartis sur le volume d'une particule élémentaire. Les règles non relativistes de conduite de cette matière au niveau subatomique sont postulées. Sur la base des équations de continuité et de Hamilton-Jacobi nous avons dérivé l'équation appropriée pour le flux de la densité de la matière, qui se transforme en l’ équation stationnaire de Schrödinger par la méthode standard.
